And Al Pacino proved there's no rest for the wicked as he continued to film scenes for upcoming drama series The Hunt in New York City on Tuesday afternoon.

The actor and filmmaker, 79, cut a typically cool figure as he protected his eyes from the sun in square-framed sunglasses, tied in with a two-tone baseball cap.

Looking for Richard star Al mixed sophistication with comfort as he teamed a navy blue longline jacket and black trousers with sporty all-black trainers by New Balance. 

The Godfather legend recently returned home after filming in Puerto Rico for his role as James Laughlin in upcoming World War II movie Axis Sally. 

Jordan Peele's series The Hunt, set in 1977, follows a diverse band of Nazi Hunters who reside in the Big Apple.

The group have discovered hundreds of high-ranking Nazi officials living in the United States, conspiring to create a Fourth Reich.

The eclectic team of Hunters will set out on a bloody quest to bring the Nazis to justice and thwart their new genocidal plans. 

Pacino plays a character named Meyer Offerman, described as, 'a powerful and mysterious man who is the leader of the vigilante group.

While The Hunt is expected to premiere on Amazon Video later this year, Axis Sally isn't due for release until 2020.

The award-winning actor has been keeping busy with a range of work commitments, including his role as Marvin Schwarzs, the agent of Leonardo DiCaprio's Rick Dalton, in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, hitting theaters July 26.

He also reunites with Heat co-star Robert De Niro and Goodfellas' Joe Pesci in Netflix's The Irishman, set for release in autumn.
