Tiffany Scanlon has confessed to editing her Instagram photos to hide her battle with cystic acne.
The former Bachelor star revealed on Thursday that she suffers with the skin condition, telling her followers she often feels 'ugly and embarrassed'.
Tiffany also admitted that she regularly edits her social media posts to give the impression she has a clear complexion.

She told her followers, 'You see what I want you to see', before explaining how easy it is to edit her photographs.
'You'd have no idea if I didn't tell you,' she added.

Tiffany explained that she has been battling with cystic acne, a severe type of acne, on and off for three years.
Her skin first starting breaking out when she stopped taking the contraceptive pill.
She has tried both natural and medicinal treatments to clear up her skin, but neither have worked.
'I'm embarrassed by it,' she wrote. 'It makes me feel ugly. It makes me hide my neck with scarves or high necks or my hair.

'I don't like my neck being touched or kissed. I edit it out of photos... this is your reminder that what you see on Instagram is rarely telling the full story!'
Claiming that even 'professional models' edit their pictures, Tiffany added: 'No one is perfect. No one is without fault. Everyone has insecurities.
'Everyone is showing you an idealised version of themselves, myself included.'
