Joe Giudice now has some serious support in his final appeal to avoid deportation.
The husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is battling a judge's recent decision to send him back to Italy, after he was released from jail in March following his 41-month sentence for bank and bankruptcy fraud.
And now it's been revealed that the TV star has the support of 27 former immigration judges, who are coming to his defense in his case.

According to The Blast, the former immigration judges and members of the Board of Immigration Appeals have detailed the reasons the father-of-four should not be deported in a motion for his pending appeal.
It could be a huge breakthrough for Joe in his appeal process to let him stay in the US where he has lived his whole life.
Joe was born in Italy and moved to the US as an infant with his parents, but he never attained American citizenship and stayed in the country on a green card after marrying Teresa in 1999.
After serving his sentence, Giudice was ordered to be transported into Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in March.
Joe, 46, is waiting to argue his case in federal appeals court after successfully delaying his deportation last month.

Earlier this month he failed in his attempt to appeal the deportation decision with the Board of Immigration and headed back to federal court to file his last chance at an appeal.
The TV personality is allowed to stay in the country until the final decision is made in his new appeal.
Meanwhile his family are rallying around him trying their best to keep him in the country.
His 18-year-old daughter Gia launched a petition titled STOP the Deportation of Joe Giudice directed at President Trump to ask or his help in stopping the proceedings.

The family's petition opened by stating that Joe Giudice came to America when he was an infant, and he has 'resided in New Jersey his entire life.'
'My mother and father have fought tirelessly to pay back every single penny of restitution to court deemed they owe,' the petition said. 'They have made a mistake but rectified it through serving time and by financially satisfying all that was owed.
'He is currently still in a detention center while fighting the deportation; that's right he's still incarcerated months after completing his prison sentence in an effort to stand by his family,' the petition continued.
'After completing his sentence he could've left the country and gone to Italy but he chose to stay in prison, hire additional counsel and make several more appeals to try to stay in the United States because he knows how much his family needs him.'
Joe and Teresa are parents to Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14 and Audriana, 10.
