Jenna Bush Hager has revealed that she is a bit of a neat freak — so much so that she can't even be intimate with her husband Henry Hager when their closet door is open.

The 37-year-old Today host, who is sixth months pregnant with her third child, was chatting with Savannah Guthrie, 47, on the fourth hour of the morning show when she admitted that she is very particular about the setup in her bedroom.

'I could not get romantic with the closet door open, let's say,' she told her close friend and co-star, who was admittedly shocked.

'Really?' Savannah asked.

'Could you?' Jenna responded in disbelief.

'Yeah...I could,' Savannah said. 'Well, I mean, what is in your closet?'

Jenna explained that the issue isn't so much what's in her closet but rather the appearance of her bedroom.

'I just don't like to have closet doors open,' she said. 'I like everything to look clean. Nobody else agrees?'

Savannah, however, couldn't figure out why Jenna would even be paying attention to her surroundings when she is being intimate with her husband.

'Why are you looking at your closet anyway?' she asked.

'Because it's right across from the bed! I mean, I dunno,' Jenna said, realizing that her inclination may not be as common as she thought.

'You know what? I don't even want to visualize this,' Savannah said, and they both agreed to move on to the next topic.

The two Today stars are not only co-workers, but they are also best friends and neighbors.

Jenna's daughters Mila, six, and Poppy, three, often have play dates with Savannah's daughter Vale, four and son Charley, two.

On Thursday morning's show, they revealed that they are so close that they like to swap clothes with each other.

'The two of us like to share clothes. We are always sharing clothes,' Jenna explained.

They have swapped everything from Savannah's white bell sleeve frock featuring a black and pink pattern to Jenna's red dress with black polka dots.

Both women have been seen wearing Savannah's black dress with a patterned hem, and most recently Jenna showed off her growing baby bump in her friend's blue sheath.

Savanna noted that Jenna has been wearing all of her pregnancy dresses now that she is expecting.

Meanwhile, she has taken a liking to Jenna's jean jacket, which she has been wearing since high school. She proudly admitted that it previously belonged to her high school boyfriend's sister.

Neither Jenna nor Savannah are exactly sure when they started raiding each other's closets, but they agreed it was a natural progression.

'You would stop by my office because you needed a belt or something,' Savannah recalled.

'Then you started bringing in clothes for me, like, "You should wear this dress. It would look cute on you."'
