Khloe Kardashian has sparked speculation she has received a nose job.

Fans have been remarking on the appearance of the 34-year-old's nose over social media, and a recent appearance on the Laura Wassar podcast Divorce Sucks! prompted more people to comment on her apparently changed face.

'What in the KrisJenner happen to Khloe's nose?' tweeted Twitter user Gretchen. 'Girl... u did not need more plastic surgery... love thy beautiful self!'

Instagram users have also taken notice in the comments section of recent photos she has posted.

'WTF what happened to your nose sis...' remarked one user.

'Oooooh nooo so sad. Khloe was always my favorite and still is. She didn't need to do that to her face,' said another.

Khloe revealed last year she considers getting a nose job every day after a fan speculated if she had undergone surgery on Instagram.

She denied going under the knife at the time, and credited her nose's appearance to contouring.

'One day I think I'll get one because I think about it everyday. But I'm scared so for now it's all about contour,' she said.

In 2013 Khloe revealed she was nine when she overheard her mother tell a friend she wanted her to get a nose job.

'She didn't mean harm, but when I was around nine I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job,' revealed the reality star, in an interview with Cosmopolitan UK.

'I was shocked; I hadn’t even thought about it,' she said.

Meanwhile, her ex Lamar Odom is promoting his new tell-all book where he takes the blame for breaking up theri marriage due to his infidelities and drug abuse.

However, Khloe maintained they are on good terms as she told celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser on her podcast, Divorce Sucks!

'Every now and then. There’s no issues. There’s no bad blood. There’s no anything. It just didn’t work out and I think he’s an incredible person and I just want the best for him. But there’s no negative anything.'
