But the 33-year-old didn't leave her little one out, taking baby Poet along for the ballet-inspired workout and sharing a boomerang video to Instagram.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with Pilates, dance, strength training and yoga.
Earlier this month, the beauty updated her fans with another adorable snap of her newborn.

The star, who is also mum to Bodhi Rain, five, and Forest Sage, two, captioned the post: 'Being a Mum to Bodhi, Forest and Poet has taught me how to be compassionate and adventurous.'

'I know I've said it before, but those chaotic moments in parenting where you really feel like you're in the trenches are some of my favourite moments,' she enthused.
