Johnny was the only one to raise his hand when host Stephen, 55, asked if anyone had sex in their dressing room.

'We all use Johnny's dressing room,' joked Simon Helberg, 38.

Stephen welcomed Johnny, Kaley, Simon, Jim Parsons, Mayim Bialik, Melissa Rauch and Kunal Nayyar onto the show after The Big Bang Theory exited the TV airwaves with the most episodes for a multi-camera series ever with 279 episodes.

He congratulated the cast for being part of a 'significant cultural artifact created for American and world viewers'.

Jim, 46, said he told the writers they couldn't get it wrong because they own it and he couldn't imagine it being divisive.

'We'll find out tomorrow,' he quipped.

Stephen noted the show with its 279 episodes was the longest-running studio sitcom in history, beating out NBC's Cheers, which aired for 11 seasons and 275 episodes

He asked Johnny who is a self-described 'theater rat' what Kaley's professional animal would be.

'Be careful,' warned Kaley who was sitting right next to him.
