The Duchess of Cambridge has released a series of 'activity cards' designed to get children to spend more time outdoors.
The step-by-step guides take families through projects they can do together outside, including building fairy houses and bug hotels, making leaf wands and painting pebbles.
Kate, 37, took inspiration from her Back to Nature garden at the Chelsea Flower Show, which features a tree house, waterfall, rustic den, campfire and a hollow log for children to play on.

The Duchess showed how the space could be enjoyed by little ones when she brought Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince Louis, one, to explore the space on Sunday.

She returned to the Chelsea Flower Show to take part in an activity session with local schoolchildren in the garden yesterday morning, before formally unveiling the space to the Queen and other members of the Royal Family yesterday evening.

Alana Cama, schools and groups programme manager at the RHS, said: 'We're delighted to have been able to create a series of resources with the Duchess of Cambridge.
'Children can now take home a slice of the magical RHS Back to Nature Garden and create special memories with their families in the process.'
