Britney Spears' father Jamie has filed documents in an attempt extend his conservatorship over her his famous daughter and make it valid in three key states.
TMZ reported on Wednesday that the 66-year-old father of the 37-year-old pop star has given notice to a California judge that he intends on filing documents to also declare himself conservator in Florida, Louisiana, and Hawaii.
Insiders for the publication claim that Jamie will file the documents in the next few hours as they are three states that Britney likes to visit.

'It's like she isn't in control over her emotions right now' they added, explaining that the star needs to be treated with medications and that 'Everything is very up and down.'
According to the source, the mother-of-two experiences a range of emotions on a daily basis.
'Right now, she is very sluggish and down. Some days, she is a zombie. There is no life and definitely no passion in her. It's very sad.'

'Britney doesn't care if Jamie is left in control of her finances with the conservatorship of the estate remaining,' a source told Us Weekly this week.
'However, according to Britney, the conservatorship of her personal life needs to end. She is finished with Jamie having control of her personal life and wants to have her own control over that.'
