It's her 50th birthday on Friday.

And Celine Dion's team took to Facebook to celebrate the French Canadian star's milestone with a series of throwback snaps.

In the earliest shot, the hitmaker is just a tot wearing a huge pair of glasses.

And the pretty brunette is still a child as she clutches a microphone and sings intently in another snap.

She actually had her first No. 1 hit when she was just 12 with a song she wrote with her mom Therese and brother Jacques.

Brother Michel sent it off to music manager Rene Angelil who signed her and guided her career, eventually marrying the star in 1994 despite the 26-year age difference.

The Because You Love Me singer looked very different as a 14-year-old on her first trip to Paris.
