From focaccia, fried chicken to lamb shoulder: Inside the VERY indulgent menu at Sam Armytage's Weight Watchers luncheon

She has worked hard to lose a staggering 10kg since January.

But Sam Armytage afforded herself a cheat day on Thursday, tucking into a seriously indulgent menu at a luncheon to celebrate her appointment as a Weight Watchers ambassador.

From olive-oil soaked focaccia to fried chicken and lamb shoulder, Sam and her Channel Seven pals were spoiled for choice at Chiswick restaurant in Sydney.

Guests including Kylie Gillies and Edwina Bartholomew took to Instagram to share sneak peeks of the menu.

Starters consisted of focaccia, roasted baby corn and garden beetroot, while mains ranged from fried spitchcock chicken to kingfish sashimi.

Guests could also share hearty plates of whole roasted chicken or Moran Family lamb shoulder with squash and mint sauce.

Sam, who signed a rumoured $250,000 deal with Weight Watchers, recently revealed how she lost 10kg.

She emphasised on Sunrise on Thursday that she isn't on a 'diet' in the traditional sense and is just focusing on health and wellness.

'It's about being healthy and feeling strong and fit,' she explained, adding that she can still drink wine and eat cake in moderation.

'It's not all about weight loss - but guess what, I've lost 10 kilograms!'

Sam joins the likes of Kate Hudson, Jennifer Hudson and Robbie Williams as an ambassador for Weight Watchers, now known as WW.

'Thrilled to announce I'm joining forces with @ww as their newest ambassador! Very excited about this modern, holistic company, which is now all about wellness rather than just weight loss,' she wrote on Instagram.

Sam's demanding career motivated her to try the Weight Watchers program, as she wanted to 'prioritise her health'.

Despite waking up at 3.15am every day, she makes time to exercise at the gym twice a week for boxing and weight training. She also walks her Labrador daily.
