back and bis felt SO GOOD this morning, got 8 pull ups and finished up with a sweaty circuit 💦 a lot of boxing 🥊 and burpees going on 😅 it’s been a week now since I’ve changed my diet - focusing on eating more whole meals rather than constant snacking and I feel 100% better for it! One of my favourite meals at the moment is a whole meal pitta bread, peppers, onions and chicken 🍗, cannot stress to you guys enough that food should not be feared and eating ‘healthy’ isn’t boring. Meal ideas being posted soon 💚

I had WAY too much fun cutting out these cookies & decorating them with alllll the fun festive holiday sprinkles🥰🎄❄️ Growing up, we would always spend an afternoon together as a family making some classic sugar cookies🤗 One of my favorite traditions! Threw this new recipe together on a whim after finding mini cookie cutouts at target for $1🤷‍♀️ Enjoy! Happy Saturday!♥️ . — 3/4 cup almond flour  1/3 cup coconut flour  2 tbsp organic cane sugar  1/4 cup maple syrup  1/4 cup melted coconut oil  Optional: splash of almond extract . There are many factors to consider when you start looking back at the year and what you have accomplished or in many cases... what you haven't accomplished! • One thing I've noticed over time is that most of us fail to understand what phase we are in on the journey of life and we often apply the wrong meaning and an unnatural level of pressure upon ourselves, because we haven't accepted the natural flow of life. • You have to be honest with yourself and develop the emotional intelligence to understand and accept what part of the journey you are on. In fact failure to do so, is what causes us so much of our stress, anxiety and frustration. • Your journey is unique, it can't be measured or compared to others. Everyone develops at their own pace, their spiritual tests and life lessons appear in different ways and at different stages on the journey through life. • Sometimes you have to just be patient and learn to accept that at this moment in time you are growing, developing and preparing yourself for what comes next. Most of the time you will be in this phase, because each new level demands more growth, wisdom and inner strength. • Sometimes, it's time to execute because you are ready, you are spiritually strong and prepared to go out there and shine brighter the ever before and the foundation within is rock solid. • The trick is not to confuse the two and often that takes a deep level of understanding and great courage to accept your place in the world at any moment in time. I have to admit, confusing the two many times in my life hurt me a lot and took away much of the joy in my life. • Your time will come, when you are ready and right now you might just have to do the inner work, study more, experience life on many levels and go through a few more tough days before you are ready for the next big opportunity. • I know for many of you 2019 was a year of learning and growing and that's OK! You can't put the pressure of execution on yourself when
Several years ago, I was really sick. I was essentially bedridden; riddled with health issues. I’m often asked why I chose this lifestyle and perhaps the biggest reason is that I’m making up for the time that I was stuck in doctor’s offices playing “human pin cushion” 💉, or those days when I was too weak to walk. I still have off days, but I choose to move and get into nature (a healer in its own right). Sure, it might take me a little longer to get up a mountain some days, but when I do, it’s a personal victory and a reminder of how far I’ve come. So if you’re out there hiking today and you notice a person who is walking slower, or stopping more often to rest...please don’t judge them. Offer them encouragement. They’re accomplishing their own victories, at their own pace, one hike at a time. ❤️

A taaaaaaable! 🥰 . 📝 Petit bol du jour avec des pâtes, du potimarron rôti au four, des choux de Bruxelles rôtis au four (15 min à 180 avec de l’huile d’olives / sel / poivre), une salade d’épinards et du jambon de Bayonne. . 💡 Je fais rôtir les morceaux de potimarron 30/40 min à 180 au four avec de l’huile d’olives, du sel, du poivre et des épices. La peau se mange mais je préfère la retirer. Pour que ce soit plus simple, je coupe le porimarron en 2 et je le plonge dans l’eau bouillante pendant 5 min.
