Southern Charm New Orleans star Reagan Charleston is married and expecting a daughter... less than one year after divorce

She experienced three major life changes in less than a year. 

And Reagan Charleston announced her marriage to boyfriend Reece Thomas, as well as news that the couple are expecting a daughter. 

The surprise comes less than a year after she and ex-husband Jeff Charleston, 36, revealed that they were separating, six years after their marriage.

Reagan, 31, is clearly over the moon with her happy news.  

'We're thrilled!' she began, in an interview with People. 'Everything has been in hyperdrive, but it's been incredible.'

The pretty blonde's new husband is actually her ex-boyfriend from over 10 years ago. 

'He was born to be a dad. He's so good with kids and he's got a dad hat on already. And I'm so ready to be a mom.

I keep thinking about the fact that I'm bringing a life into this world. I'm going to have a little person who I'm going to feed and raise. It's the warmest feeling. I'm so excited.'

The couple's daughter is expected to arrive in June, which, is the same month last year that she and ex-husband Jeff announced their separation. 

In the season 2 trailer for Southern Charm New Orleans, which debuted in April, it was revealed that the young lawyer and her former NFL spouse had officially split. 

Reagan had initially been nervous to have a child, citing her career and 'every excuse I could make for myself.'

But the moment she reconnected with Reece, things changed.   

'..It was like, 6 months later we started talking about when we wanted to get married and start having a family,' she admitted.

Reagan sees her new life as a 'second chance at love.'

'I immediately realized what I had in front of me — a second chance at love, at being happy, at a stable marriage, at having a family. I did not miss my chance to get on that boat.'

She notes that her move from one relationship to the next wasn't 'conventional,' but says that 'when you know, you know.'

'Yes, it wasn't convention that I immediately was in another relationship after my divorce was finalized, I understand that. But when you know, you know. To stifle that or slow it down, it would have just felt like enormous regret.

I can't see my life any other way right now. It feels like everything is perfect.'
