Tiffany Trump is living it up in the South of France this week, and on Thursday she attended one of the most glamorous events of the Cannes Film Festival.

The 25-year-old first daughter walked arm-in-arm with her wealthy boyfriend, Michael Boulos, at the 2019 amfAR Cannes Gala at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, where she posed for pictures and hobnobbed with celebrities.

Tiffany wore a very glamorous gown for the occasion, dressing up in a glittery floor-length number with long sleeves and a plunging neckline.

Tiffany shared a few peeks inside the event on Instagram, but her boyfriend Michael offered the best look at how the couple dressed to impress.

Michael — who is heir to the multi-billion-dollar Nigerian trading conglomerate Boulos Enterprises — sported a tuxedo and sunglasses as he walked Tiffany down the star-studded pathway to the hotel.

The first daughter herself sparkled from head to toe, accessorizing her glitzy gown with a bold jewel necklace and dangling earrings.

The couple also met up with friends outside the event and posed for pictures together on the hotel grounds.

They were joined by Michael's brother Fares, who is a rapper and goes by Farastafari when he performs.

Once inside, the group sat down at their own table where they ate a gourmet meal and enjoyed entertainment on stage.

The group also included one of Michael's friends from London, Omar Karameh, as well as another friend named Jimmy Frangi and model Sabina Zavodna.

There were performances by Dua Lipa, Tom Jones, and The Struts, and Tiffany and her group sang and danced along.

And it wasn't just celebrities on stage: Tiffany and her beau were in a room filled to the brim with big-name celebrities.

Other attendees included Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner, Mariah Carey, Nina Dobrev, Pamela Anderson, Eva Longoria, Rebel Wilson, Andie MacDowell, Henry Golding, Charli XCX, Milla Jovovich, and Orlando Bloom.

Models Adriana Lima, Sara Sampaio, Coco Rocha, Jasmine Tookes, Izabel Goulart, Karolína Kurková, Hailey Clauson, Winnie Harlow, Shanina Shaik, Josephine Skriver, Martha Hunt, Stella Maxwell, and Elsa Hosk were also there.

Among the celebrity guests was also actress Patricia Arquette, who has been vocal in her disapproval of Tiffany's father.

Tiffany doesn't appear to have gone around snapping pics with many of the stars, though she did pose for a photo with Kim Kardashian's friend and Foodgod Instagrammer Jonathan Cheban, as well as another with actor Chris Tucker

The exclusive event was Tiffany's second known Cannes event this week.

On Tuesday, she shared a photo of herself wearing a pink silk dress by French couture designer Nicolas Besson as she and Michael crossed the Promenade de la Croisette.

The image was presumably taken by her boyfriend's cousin, wedding and event designer Toni Breiss, whom she tagged in the image.

She, Michael, Fares, and Toni also had dinner in town and posted pictures from the restaurant.

Tiffany Trump cut an elegant figure as she was spotted at the Cannes Film Festival alongside her billionaire-beau Michael Boulos and her security detail.

The Georgetown Law student opted for a pink silky wrap dress from famed French dressmaker Nicolas Besson that she teamed with pointed flats and oversized sunnies.

She recently went on a massive shopping spree at Harrods in London, so we are sure she will be looking uber glamorous as she vacations and attends the film festival in her new designer fits.

Head on over to shop the brand at Yoox or go for one of our high street finds in the carousel below!

Tiffany and Michael were also seen holding hands while making their way down the steps at Le Majestic Hotel on Sunday.

Le Majestic is a partner of the Cannes Film Festival and hosts a bevy of celebrities during the event, which began on May 14 and will finish on Saturday, May 25.

While they may or may not be footing the bill for their room there, hotel rooms for her Secret Service detail during her trip to the South of France are costing taxpayers at least $19,213 — which was the bill for just three nights of the trip.

The Secret Service detail was booked for a three-night stay at the Marriott Jesta Fontainebleau, which is just a short walk from Le Majestic Hotel.

A Department of State purchase order reviewed by Quartz shows a $19,213 expenditure labeled, 'USSS HOTEL ROOMS MARRIOTT – TIFFANY TRUMP’S VISIT TO CANNES 17-20 MAY 2019.'

That particular expenditure accounted for just the first few days of the trip, however, and doesn't detail the cost of accommodating the Secret Service since May 20.

Government records also show that orders for $107,443.82 and $213,926.17 were also made during the festival at the Hotel Palm Beach in Cannes.

It is unclear what these were for, but they are described the purchase orders as critical government functions.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the US Secret Service for comment.

In July 2017, the State Department splashed out over $100,000 on car rentals during Tiffany's vacation in Italy.

Federal records show that three separate payments in the amounts of $54,694.84, $39,188.64, and $23,605.96 were made on July 18 in Rome.

That was two days before Tiffany and mom Marla disembarked in Portofino after almost two weeks spent cruising up the coast of Italy.

The women then enjoyed a few days in the northern port city before heading to their final destination of Rome.

And Marla and Tiffany were able to do all this without breaking the bank — for themselves, at least.

Marla's hotel in Rome appeared to have been comped, or at the very least discounted, while the ladies' two weeks on the Tyrrhenian Sea were spent as guests on the yacht of their friend Chahrazad Rizk.

They also got a big assist from American taxpayers too, who footed the $117,489.44 fee for the car rentals that transported the two women and Secret Service agents around the European nation.
