It comes as Henry Hammond, 27, (bottom right) fronted the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Monday morning charged over Ms Herron's murder. The court heard he has a 'possible delusional disorder' and ADHD. Hammond appeared in court, with no shoes on and a smile on his face. He will remain in custody until his next court appearance in September.

Astonishing pictures show the moment a man in his 20s is found squeezed behind a car dashboard (left) trying to enter Spain's North African enclave, Melilla. Police said three vehicles were stopped in the space of three hours yesterday (Saturday). Another migrant was found wedged in an engine compartment (Inset) while a third was discovered under rear seats. Pictures also show a fourth migrant who was also found packed into a car's bodywork (Right). Border police said three men were arrested after the vehicles were stopped at Beni-Enzar, Morocco. All Moroccan nationals, the trio aged 19, 30 and 31 were held on suspicion of people smuggling.
