The little boy, who is clutching some chocolate milk and a packet of Cheetos, says: 'Mom that's our stop, that's our stop'.

He is met with silence while his mother's head lolls to one side and she leans on her son.

His father, who can barely stand, is completely bent over while two iPhones are left on the ground beneath him.

Another passenger can be heard saying: 'Damn bro, you've got to sit down man'.

Both parents are seen scratching their faces at different points.

Intense itching is a side effect of most opioids, namely heroin, and is a sign of chronic heroin use or overdose.

Heroin triggers the immune system to release histamine, the chemical that is released when a person has an allergic reaction.

Histamine narrows blood vessels and causes itching.
