NEW A heavily pregnant woman, 26, was allegedly thrown to the ground and punched in the head in broad daylight in an unprovoked attack. A frail looking Ivan Milat has been seen for the first time in a decade, being wheeled out of hospital where he has spent the past two weeks being treated for cancer.  Milat, 74, was transferred from Prince of Wales Hospital, in Randwick, to nearby Long Bay Prison on Tuesday morning under heavy guard from police and prison officers. The ageing killer was dressed in regulation prison greens with long white hair, while his trademark handlebar moustache was also white. Milat - Australia's worst ever serial killer - has been in hospital since May 13 where he is being treated for cancer of the oesophagus. Doctors have told him he likely has just weeks left to live.

A driver has been slammed by cyclists for 'brake checking' and causing a group of riders to crash into one another. The video, filmed in Victoria, showed the ute driving behind six cyclists as they travelled down a two-lane road. After overtaking, the motorist then stopped suddenly to turn into a driveway, causing two of the cyclists to crash and fall.

A 'large and dangerous' tornado has touched down in Ohio with authorities warning people to take cover over fears of a life threatening situation. The tornado struck the city of Trotwood, just outside Dayton, at about 11pm on Monday night. The National Weather Service described the tornado as 'extremely dangerous' and warned residents to remain in their shelters.

A schoolgirl and a man are dead and 17 others are injured after a mass stabbing near Tokyo on Tuesday morning. A man wielding two knives slashed a group of commuters, mostly primary school girls, at a crowded bus stop during rush hour in Kawasaki, Japan. The wounded were rushed to nearby hospitals. Police have confirmed the suspect, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, has died after slashing himself in the neck.

Video from a McDonald's on George Street in the heart of Sydney shows staff members pumping out orders as fast as possible as crowds queue up. Another branch at Wynyard station was even forced to close off their self-service screens to control the lunch rush crowds. The chaos comes as McDonald's announced the fast-food giant was giving away 250,000 free burgers to customers on Tuesday.

Terrifying footage shows Aaron Hinds from Launceston, Tasmania, holding the tank with his hands as a huge plume of burning gas flies out. Experts responded with disbelief, saying that the reckless act could have cost Mr Hinds his life. Mr Hinds was branded an 'idiot' on Facebook after uploading the footage, but simply replied: 'I know science and checked relief valve.'
