'She told her they could go anywhere in the world': Margot Robbie 'treats older sister Anya' to a ride on the famous Ghan train and a spectacular Outback adventure for 30th birthday
Earlier this month, Hollywood actress Margot Robbie took time out from her schedule to enjoy her own backyard, the Australian Outback.
Sharing a series of stunning images to Instagram, the 28-year-old documented her trip to the Northern Territory to explore the rugged terrain surrounding Uluru.
And according to Confidential on Tuesday, the trip, including a ride on the world famous Ghan train, was for her sister Anya Robbie's 30th birthday.
'It's just too beautiful out here!' Margot Robbie, 28, went on an Outback adventure earlier this month in the Northern Territory, and shared a series of stunning images to Instagram
'Margot told her about three years ago that for her 30th she would take her anywhere in the world, and Anya really wanted to go on the Ghan,' the source said.
'Margot was like, 'No, anywhere in the world'. And Anya really wanted to do that train so they did.'
One of the photos shared to Instagram by Margot, saw the blonde beauty in a beanie and activewear, taking a selfie with a grinning camel.
And in an adorable display, she also shared a photo of herself cradling a baby joey at the Kangaroo Sanctuary outside Alice Springs.

Captioning the photographs, Margot wrote: 'Outback adventure in @Australia. No filters, it’s just that beautiful out here.'
The trip comes shortly after Margot jetted home to the Gold Coast in time to attend her grandmother's burial.
Margot joined her loved ones, including brother Cameron Robbie, at Dalby in Queensland's Darling Downs.

Her grandmother Verna, 92, who was affectionately called 'Narnie', passed away on April 13.
However they decided to delay the burial in order for Margot to arrive home in time.
Just days prior to the burial, the I, Tonya star was pictured looking understandably downcast in New York.
