Famke Janssen, 54, wows in yellow sleeveless dress as she romps around Manhattan
She kicked off her career in front of the camera as a fashion model with a move from her home country in the Netherlands to the US in 1984 when she was 19.
Fast forward 35-years and Famke Janssen put her catwalk skills on display when she took a stroll along the bustling streets of New York City with friend and former Hemlock Grove co-star Madeleine Martin.
The 54-year-old X-Men actress showcased her lean figure in a yellow sleeveless dress, and at times the two friends shaded themselves from the glaring sun with a couple of umbrellas.

The Dutch actress looked to be in great spirits from the look of her big wide smile in her eye-catching number.
The piece, which came down to just above her knees, was equal parts fun and stylish with its subtle pleated design and cinched-in waist.

She wore her raven tresses long and flowing well past the middle of her back with some added volume and a part on the slight left.
Famke rounded out her ensemble with white sneakers and carried a black handbag that was adorned with two cherries, along with her umbrella.

Martin, who first came to prominence as a child actor on the hit Showtime series Californication, donned a full-length black short-sleeve dress with black sneakers.
The 26-year-old also carried a stylish blue umbrella to avoid any unnecessary rays from the sun.
Adding to her outfit, she slung a colorful bag over her shoulders and pulled her long black locks back into a loose ponytail.

Janssen and Martin worked together on the Netflix horror series Hemlock Grove.
The Eli Roth-produced show ran for three season beginning in 2013. The final season premiered on the online streaming service in October 2015.
Some of the other cast included the likes of Bill Skarsgard, Landon Liboiron, Dougray Scott, Penelope Mitchell and Freya Tingley.
Janssen has also garnered headlines with roles in GoldenEye (1995), the X-Men film series (2000-2014), and the Taken film franchise (2008-2014), and TV hits Nip/Tuck (2004-2010) and How To Get Away With Murder (2015-2019).
