Madison Beer's BottleRock concert disrupter is arrested for causing a second disturbance outside the festival while on drugs

Her Saturday performance at the BottleRock festival in Napa Valley, California, was halted when she feared someone in the crowd had a firearm.

Madison Beer, 20, was eventually able to resume her performance after police removed the man suspected of causing the disturbance.

But 28-year-old Jake Rutger Hanson returned to BottleRock on Sunday, at which point he was arrested for being under the influence of drugs, according to TMZ.

Police were called to the festival due to a reported disturbance outside the grounds, though the nature of the disturbance wasn't reported.

Once there, they again found Hanson, who reportedly acted as if he was intoxicated and had drug paraphernalia on his person.

The cops arrest him for being under the influence and having the paraphernalia.

The officers reportedly suspected the disrupter of being on some kind of hallucinogenic substance.

Following the initial disturbance, pictures of Hanson were distributed to festival employees to prevent him from returning.

On Saturday, the singer was performing the Radiohead classic Creep when she abruptly ceased her set and wondered aloud what what happening in the crowd.

'What is going on, yo, yo ... what the f*** is going on? Back up, everyone back up,' the Long Island, New York native said in a video recorded from a concertgoer and subsequently posted on social media.

Police in Napa told US that 'a minor disturbance' in the crowd at the festival during Beer's set on the festival's Bai Stage 'at 5:45 pm, but no weapon was involved and no one was injured.

'The man who caused the disturbance was removed from the grounds, there was no threat to the community.'

'As a parent all you want to do is protect your children,' Tracie said. 'Is so disturbing to me that the world we're living in has made us has feel the need to have to always be aware of our surroundings.'

Tracie continued, 'Looking over your shoulder in public places such as a concert where you'd like to feel free & distress from life's worries seems so sad to me... but this is the world we live in unfortunately.

'I wish there was a bubble I can put around my kids to shield them. Last nights scare truly was disturbing & unsettling. My thoughts, prays & love to anyone that was in the crowd.'
