The 36-year-old, who is about seven months pregnant with her second child with her husband Eric Trump, enjoyed an iced coffee from Starbucks as she walked from her Manhattan apartment to Trump Tower.
Lara wore an orange blazer with gold buttons over a form-fitting white shirt that hugged her stomach and distressed jeans for the short jaunt.
