Inside the issue, the actress who has been playing Penny on the Big Bang Theory since 2007 celebrated the show, its 12 seasons, and shared how she felt about it ending.

She shared that the cast was blindsided by the decision to end the hit show. 'After the surprise of what the decision was, we’ve all come to terms with it in our own way,' she told Haute Living. 'I’ve definitely accepted it now; it had to end at some point.'

She praised the team mentality of the cast and crew for the show's success saying 'It’s very bittersweet. It’s a weird mental thing; I’m very excited for the future, but it’s like letting go of a comfort blanket. ... From the beginning, from the first season, we always said that no matter what happened, we were a team.'
