Courtney Stodden says she and ex-husband Doug Hutchison are 'trying to figure out our relationship right now'
Courtney Stodden says said she remains in regular contact with her ex-husband Doug Hutchison in a revealing new chat about her love life.
'I still have so much love for Doug, and him me,' the 24-year-old told the Hollywood Pipeline Podcast's Dax Holt and Adam Glyn. 'We still talk, Doug and I still talk.'
Stodden made headlines in 2011 when she tied the knot in Las Vegas at 16 with a then-50-year-old Hutchison, the actor best known for his roles in 1999's The Green Mile and on the ABC TV show Lost.

Stodden, who's since been seen on The Mother Daughter Experiment and Celebrity Big Brother, said she and Hutchison 'are trying to figure out our relationship right now and it's been very confusing because of the craziness of the birth of our relationship and dealing with fame on top of that, addictions on both ends.'
Stodden who parted with Hutchison, 59, two years ago, with their divorce being made official last year, said the relationship 'was very challenging' amid a tumultuous period of 'drinking, fighting and all that.'

Stodden said in the chat that she and actor Shane West text after he slid into her Instagram DMs, adding that the 'very cool' Gotham actor, 40, sparked up a chat with her, as people often reach out to her via social media.

'My DMs are just ... I try to go through them as much as possible because I have so many people saying they look up to me and there are so many d*** pics, p**** pics, I just decided to not look at them anymore,' she said, adding that she now only pays attention to accounts that are verified with blue check icons.
'I look for that,' the Tacoma, Washington-born reality star said. 'Okay, you're not a peasant.'
Stodden said that she's in an introspective time, as she's dating a man named Chris.
'Right now, the whole point of this transition in my life, I'm learning about myself,' she said. 'I'm learning you aren't this blonde character, you're something completely different from what people have perceived you as.'
