Katie Price's partner Kris Boyson has appeared in court today accused of threatening a police officer after a row with a photographer.
The incident is alleged to have taken place a day after Price was arrested by police who found her slumped in a drunken state in the back of her pink Range Rover.
Boyson, of Gravesend, Kent, is charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence.
He entered a not guilty plea at Medway Magistrates' Court in March and was set to face trial at the same court today.
But the hearing was told new audio evidence had come to light which meant the case needed to be adjourned.
Personal trainer Boyson appeared in court without his former glamour model partner.
He sat patiently in the dock listening to proceedings dressed in a white shirt, grey cheque suit and grey trousers.
Chairwoman of the bench, Mandy Ellis, said the case had been adjourned 'in the interests of both sides'.
The alleged victim of the incident, near Boyson's home in Gravesend, Kent, on October 11 was a Pc Blundell, according to court records.

It was said to have followed 30-year-old Boyson arguing with a photographer.
Price was arrested in her car in Greenwich, south-east London, in the early hours of October 10.
The 41-year-old former glamour model was later convicted of being nearly twice the legal limit while in charge of the vehicle, and she was banned from driving.
Boyson's new trial date has not been set but a case management hearing will take place before any new trial.
He was granted unconditional bail.
