The 47-year-old actor wore a short-sleeved checkered shirt over green trousers for the event in the Westwood area.

He wore glasses and accessorized with a watch while escorting Lindsay who donned a short-sleeved speckled grey dress with a blue fringe.

Eric reprises his voice role as shaggy Newfoundland mix Duke in The Secret Life Of Pets 2.

He was spotted at the premiere catching up with his co-star Kevin Hart, 39, who was holding his 18-month-old son Kenzo.

Lindsay joined in on a group portrait with Eric and Kevin's family, including his wife Eniko Parrish, 34, and his 14-year-old daughter Heaven and 11-year-old son Hendrix.

The Secret Life Of Pets 2 is scheduled to be released Friday in the US.

The original film featured the voice of Louis C.K., 51, in the leading role of protagonist Max, a Jack Russell Terrier.

Louis after admitting to past sexual misconduct was replaced by Patton Oswalt, 50.
