Hoda Kotb celebrated her six-year anniversary with her longtime partner Joel Schiffman on Tuesday after taking her two-year-old daughter Haley Joy to Sesame Place.

The 54-year-old Today anchor took to Instagram the day after their anniversary to pay tribute to her live-in boyfriend and thank Today show producer Joanne LaMarca for helping them get together.

'Yesterday marked 6 years with this incredible man. 6 years..2 children..2 new jobs...1 grateful heart ps thank you @jolamathisen and #tyler .. if it weren’t for you two.. we never would have met on that night,' Hoda wrote.

Along with the touching post, the mother-of-two shared a photo of herself cuddled up to Joel at a romantic dinner.

In the sweet snapshot, Joel has his arm wrapped around Hoda and she has her hand resting on his. They are both smiling brightly for the camera and sitting in front of a silver bucket filled with mussels.

Hoda is wearing a simple yet elegant black dress with a mock-turtleneck, an arm full of bracelets, and her sunglasses sitting on top of her head.

Joel, meanwhile, has on white button-down that he left open at the collar and a tailored gray blazer.

The heartwarming post received lots of love from Hoda's friends and fans, who took to the comments section to congratulate her.

The couple recently welcomed their second daughter Hope Catherine, whom they adopted in April. They also have a two-year-old daughter Haley Joy.

Hoda, who was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 42 years old, came out of treatment unable to conceive and believed for a long time that motherhood just wasn't in the cards for her.

Ten years later, she became a mother for the first time when she adopted Haley in February 2017 with the support of Joel. After opening about her desire to adopt another child, they welcomed Hope into their family a few months ago.

Before celebrating her anniversary, Hoda took little Haley to Langhorne, Pennsylvania, to visit Sesame Place, a children's theme park inspired by Sesame Street.

The proud mom posted plenty of photos from the outing, including a collage of pictures that show her and Haley meeting some of the characters from the show.

'Ok @sesameplace is magic!!!!!' she captioned the image.

Hoda shared a series of images of Haley embracing Cookie Monster and Abby Cadabby, writing: 'Swipe for hugs xx.'

She couldn't resist posting a heartwarming video of Haley handing out hugs to every Muppet that crossed her path.

Last week, Hoda attended Sesame Workshop’s 50th Anniversary Benefit Gala at Cipriani Wall Street, looking chic in a hot pink sheath dress and nude heels.

While enjoying a night out on the town on Wednesday, she opened up about her growing family and how Haley has adjusted to being a big sister.

Hoda told HuffPost her eldest daughter is a huge fan of Sesame Street, revealing that when Haley wakes up, she says: 'Where's Elmo?'

The mom said that even as an adult, she is still learning from Sesame Street, and she hopes Haley and Hope remember the life lessons the show is teaching them when they get older.

'I love the basic stuff, like sharing, being kind, helping the kid who feels left out,' she said of the show. 'I want Haley and Hope to be that kid who helps. You don’t know how that happens, but you hope that your child is that child.

'When they watch Sesame Street, they see that somebody feels left out, and Big Bird brings them into the fold.'

Hoda enjoyed her first family vacation as a mother-of-two at the beach before she returned back to New York City last week.

Although she is still on maternity leave, she surprised her co-workers last Friday by joining them in Rockefeller Plaza during Thomas Rhett's Today show concert.

Hoda's co-anchor Savannah Gutherie, 47, took to Instagram after the show to share a sweet video of herself walking over to her friend and giving her a big hug.

'The moment you see the one you’ve been missing so much- @hodakotb makes a surprise appearance to see the summer concert!!' she captioned the footage.
