After fifth-tier German side TV Jahn Hiesfield sacked their manager, the club president justified the decision by claiming the coaching staff sat 'motionless on their camping chairs - I wanted to give them a fishing rod'. So in his last game as manager, Markus Kay did exactly that by hilariously turning up for the club's final match of the season wearing a full fishing outfit complete with a rod. The 38-year-old sat in his seat on the sideline in protest as he watched his team slump to a 5-1 defeat at home.
