The ceremony saw both Michelle's daughter, Matilda, 12, who she shares with the late Heath Ledger, and Phil's three-year-old daughter, attend.
'I never gave up on love. I always say to Matilda, "Your dad loved me before anybody thought I was talented, or pretty, or had nice clothes,"' she told Vanity Fair last year.
Michelle is heavily guarded about her privacy and has rarely spoken about her personal life, including her three-year romance with Heath.
'Obviously I've never once in my life talked about a relationship,' she said. 'But Phil isn't anyone else. And that's worth something.'
