She's one of the stars of the prescient dystopian series The Handmaid's Tale.

Samira Wiley stopped by the BUILD Series in New York City on Wednesday to chat about the the third season of the show, which premiered on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old Orange Is The New Black actress showed off a winning smile and a floral dress for the conversation.

Samira displayed a festive off-white off-the-shoulder dress that was was decorated with white and peach-colored flower designs.

The ruched outfit featured wide, flowing sleeves with ruffles, and the layered dress was cinched around her midriff to highlight her hourglass figure. 

The short look showed off the 5ft3in star's trim legs, and she rocked a pair of pale peach heels.

The You're The Worst actress' had her hair done up in ringlet strands atop her head.

Samira chatted about the new season of Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale, which takes place in an alternate future in which the United States, renamed Gilead, has turned into a theocracy in which fertile women are owned by wealthy infertile families.

They are routinely raped to provide children for the ruling families, who have been left infertile thanks to a scourge of sexual transmitted diseases and environmental pollution.

The critically-acclaimed series is based on Canadian writer Margaret Atwood's now-classic novel of the same name.

In season three, Samira's character Moira has escaped to Canada, which is free of the misogynist theocracy.

She explained that the relatively free country still has it's share of anti-women attitudes in the show, even if it's a far cry from her more oppressive home country.

Samira also opened up about her friendship with series star Elisabeth Moss, who plays Offred/June.

'I'm a big believer that a lot of things that happen off-screen can inform what happens on-screen, and that is just to say that I love Lizzie so much,' she said.

'Our friendship is real off screen. And I think that's important. I made a choice to curate those relationships and I'm so happy that I did, knowing the come off on screen.'

In a recent Marie Claire profile, Samira delved into her relationship with her wife, Orange Is The New Black writer and producer Lauren Morelli.

'I try to learn new things about my wife every day,' she said. 'Married couples I admire, who’ve been together for decades, say it works for them.'

The Will & Grace actress revealed her engagement in October 2016, and the couple married in March 2017. 

She also commended her parents, baptist pastors Christine and Dr. Dennis W. Wiley.

The first three episodes of The Handmaid's Tale season three are now available to stream on Hulu, and future episodes are expected to be released weekly.
