The Jonas Brothers have officially made their comeback.
Nick, Joe and Kevin are releasing their first studio album in 10 years. Entitled Happiness Begins, it reunites the musical trio a decade after the 2009 album Lines, Vines and Trying Times.
And to promote it, the brothers have graced the cover of a special digital men's edition of Harper's Bazaar. Dressed in retro suede Gucci suits, they channel some 1960s rock royalty.

It's fitting for the title of the profile by Jason Gay, Jonas Brothers: From Pop Stars to Rock Stars. It recounts their rise from teen heartthrobs to sex symbols of the music industry.
The looks they serve in the shoot by photographer Eric Ray Davidson seem to be tailored to their current edgier, more adult aesthetic.

In the issue they were asked about their purity rings: 'The very simple answer is that it was incredibly annoying,' Nick says. 'And then it became a defining factor of who we were as a band, which was disappointing. I was just trying to navigate love, and romance, and what sex even meant to me, at a sensitive age.
'The question should have been: Is it appropriate for people to talk about a 16-year-old’s sex life? It’s absolutely not—and it wouldn’t necessarily fly today.'

And it was added, 'We don't take ourselves too seriously. We can acknowledge that we were once a little robotic and uncool. Now we’re just plain uncool—and we’re okay with that.'
The Jonas Brothers have made quite the splash with their latest album, giving their longtime fans something new and exciting to enjoy.
But they aren't the same Disney trio their fan-base grew up loving. They've each grown to forge their own paths in music, acting, and matrimony.
