Kathy Hilton is aimed to replace her friend Lisa Vanderpump on upcoming seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Executive producer Andy Cohen flashed a coy smile as he dined with the 60-year-old socialite at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Friday night.

The 51-year-old Bravo exec's best friend Bruce Bozzi captured the meeting and made it clear the pair were in talks to have her join the hugely popular series.

Housewife Kyle Richards, who happens to be one of Kathy's two half-sisters on the show, was shocked - commenting: 'Omg!'

Last year, the 50-year-old former child star admitted things were 'not great' with her sibling after she produced the Paramount Network's short-lived series American Woman based on their family.

'I told her all the time. I said, "I'm not sharing your stories or Kim's. These are my own stories,"' Richards said during the eighth season reunion.

The Manhattan-born, Bel Air-based blonde is the mother of Paris - who starred in MTV's The Simple Life - as well as Kris Jenner and the Kardashian clan.

And her husband Richard is the multi-millionaire son of Hilton Hotel founder Conrad Hilton.

Kathy's meeting came four days after Lisa announced she was quitting the Bravo reality show and not returning for the ninth season reunion in an exclusive DailyMailTV interview.

'The last year was a very negative year for me. I feel like we're moving forward. They have had their resolution,' Vanderpump told Extra on Thursday.

'I just had a horrible time with the show and the women. It was a very sad time in my life and it wasn't made any better. I just decided to walk away.'

The wrinkle-free restaurateur has reportedly 'threatened to move her spin-off Vanderpump Rules from Bravo to a new network.'

'Lisa is contractually obligated to keep VPR on Bravo until 2020 — but is already thinking ahead to future seasons,' a source told Radar Online on Tuesday.

'Lisa believes she's been dealt a dirty hand by Bravo after they refused to air some of her filmed philanthropic efforts this season. She's also had it with her catty co-stars who talked s*** about her all season.'
