Jess, who has so-far performed at eight of 13 dates with the Spice Girls, recently took a month off in between performances, saying the gruelling touring schedule can be tiring.
Speaking to Femail, the ambitious star said: 'It does get tiring. I do burn out, it's a fact of life.
'I do have days when I'm not at my best, but I have good people around me and I eat healthily.

'I just dust it off and soldier through most of the time - I'm not one to dwell on feeling s***.'
She added that she doesn't make a habit of having big nights out, however, as she's a slave to her tiring schedule.
Jess explained: 'I don't have time to go on benders. I've got to look after my voice. If I'm at home I'll have a couple of drinks - it's not that simple to go out on a bender right now, but when I can, I will!'
