Patrick and Cat welcomed their second son, James, in June 2018 and broke the news of his arrival in a statement to People.
'We are over the moon with happiness and Milo is the perfect big brother,' the couple told the publication.
Cat made the announcement about her latest pregnancy back in January 2018 on Twitter.
'Over-the-moon to share that Milo is going to be a big brother,' she wrote 'can't wait to be a family of four in the spring. We're all so excited.'

The busy mum recently revealed she was 'done' with children and has no desire to try for a baby girl.
'No, I think I'm done. I love my boys. I can't believe how lucky I am to have them,' she told Closer magazine.
'I'm good, I think. Ask me again in 12 months' time! Being a working mum of two is kind of kind of like a massive juggle, where you throw all the balls up in the air and you try to keep them all up there.'
Cat and Patrick were friends for 10 years before their relationship turned romantic.
The pair met when they presented Fame Academy together in 2002 and remained friends for almost a decade before making their debut as a couple in March 2012.
The couple tied the knot just six months later in a traditional Catholic ceremony in Rome, Italy, in September 2012, which was an intimate affair with just six family and friends each.
