The 43-year-old south African actress, who took a break from relationships after adopting her two children, hopes to find the 'love of her life' and said her ideal man would have a 'good beard' and can 'make her laugh'.

Charlize, who has not dated anyone since her engagement to Sean Penn ended, told The Sun: 'I've been single for years.
'Somebody just needs to grow a pair and step up. I'm shockingly available.

Now the star, who is ready to date after 'making a choice to be single', wants to 'have a good time and laugh' with a new man.

Charlize has had a string of boyfriends during her high profile and incredibly successful career.
The mother-of-two was previously rumoured to have dated the likes of Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds and Keanu Reeves.
In 2015, the Hollywood star broke things off with Sean Penn, 58, after two years of dating.
After the split, Charlize decided to work less and focus on raising her two children Jackson, seven, and three-year-old August.
Earlier this year the Hollywood star revealed that Jackson had told her 'I am not a boy' and she decided to raise her as a girl.

She previously said in an interview: 'So there you go! I have two beautiful daughters who, just like any parent, I want to protect and I want to see thrive.
'They were born who they are and exactly where in the world both of them get to find themselves as they grow up, and who they want to be, is not for me to decide.
'My job as a parent is to celebrate them and to love them and to make sure that they have everything they need in order to be what they want to be.
'And I will do everything in my power for my kids to have that right and to be protected within that.'
