'Belly growing,' she captioned the bump shot.

The Polish beauty was dressed in a matching grey pajama set in the image with embroidery on the breast pocket.

The top was knotted under her chest, creating a makeshift crop top to expose her pregnant belly.

'RIP little angel Rugby. Sometimes life just doesn’t make much sense. Things we love get taken away.'

She then shared a second photo of herself holding her dog from a Peta campaign and added: 'I still can’t shake off the thought you are gone and will never see you again Rugby.

Joanna previously spoke about her desire to have children, admitting she took precautions in order to have babies at an older age.

In 2017 she told Page Six: 'Thank goodness I froze my eggs. I would honestly be freaking out right now if I didn't. You never know what life will bring.

What if that moment comes when you can't have kids? You don't want to wake up one day and be like, "My God, what was I thinking?" I decided a few years ago to freeze them so I would be safe.'
