Hilaria Baldwin embraces new fitness trend plogging as she picks up litter during brisk run through NYC

Hilaria Baldwin is a fixer at heart.

If she doesn't like a negative comment online, she deletes it, and if she doesn't like the state of her community, she cleans up after it.

The 35-year-old fitness and wellness guru went on a New York City plogging adventure on Wednesday, picking up litter while jogging through her neighborhood.

The author donned a white tee with the words, 'Plog for good,' emblazoned on the front.

She paired the shirt with black yoga pants, millennial pink and grey trainers and blue and white rubber gloves for picking up litter.

Baldwin pinned her hair back in a loose bun to make sure it stayed out of her way for the run.

But she didn't let practicality stop her from adding a little bling to the ensemble, in the form of simple studded earrings.

She carried with her a large green bag to put the litter she picked up in.

The wife of actor Alec Baldwin was participating in a publicity stunt, putting the new Tom's of Maine Natural Strength Deodorant to the test.

During the stunt, the mother of four also showed off some of her yoga skills with the deodorant on display behind her.

While today Baldwin may have been sending a message about a healthy body, she recently opened up about how she helps keep the mind healthy, as well.

She told Us Weekly on Monday that she actually deletes negative comments that she receives on social media, in order to stop supporters from then attacking the commenter. 

'The nicest thing I can do for these people is delete their comments because everybody is going to attack them,' the podcast host said. 

'[It’s] for your own good because everybody is going to go after you. … People don’t need this kind of negativity. You’re putting negativity out there, [but] I don’t need you to get a negative [response].'

She said if the topic of the comment is relatable, she might respond in order to give the commenter an opportunity to learn, but also said that she engages 'very, very rarely.'
