Chris Hemsworth is getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Thor actor - who went from a small-time Australian soap star to Marvel Universe superhero - is among the next group of 35 celebrities selected for the honour.
The announcement was made by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Walk of Fame Selection Committee on Thursday.

Chris joins 34 other high-profile figures from television, film and music, including: Julia Roberts, Spike Lee, Elvis Costello and Cindy Crawford.
Others being recognised for their achievements in the entertainment industry include Christina Applegate, Dr Phil McGraw and even Batman.
Dates for the star ceremonies have yet to be scheduled.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame stretches along 15 blocks of Hollywood Boulevard and three blocks of Vine Street in Hollywood.
But the terrazzo and brass stars don't come cheap.
Each nominee's sponsor agrees to pay $US50,000 to the Hollywood Historic Trust charitable foundation for the creation, installation and maintenance of the star.
