The Hills: New Beginnings premiered Monday night on MTV, reuniting some original cast members with new faces, including The O.C. star Mischa Barton.
Following the premiere, Stephanie Pratt threw down a few gauntlets with her brother Spencer and his wife Heidi Montag.

The reignited sibling rivalry took place on MTV during an interview conducted by Michael Strahan and Sara Haines with the show's cast, which 'Speidi' joined via satellite.
The siblings have a long and turbulent past, which seems to be continuing with the reboot.
Stephanie took the opportunity during the post-show chat to call out the couple for not telling her they were pregnant in 2017, which she learned about in a Daily Mail article on her birthday of all days.
She said: 'I was obviously really hurt by my mom and by them not telling me.

'I think in a family, you would know these things. And I do think it's odd the baby was not born on my birthday, but they announced it on my birthday.'
As Stephanie lived in London at the time, she explained she 'didn't really have a relationship' with her brother and his wife.
Heidi offered an explanation for the ordeal: 'It's a hard situation for everyone, because we have only seen Stephanie a few times.

'So we couldn't trust her at that time, unfortunately, to tell her we were pregnant, because we did have a deal with a magazine and we weren't on great terms and we didn't know what she would say.'
Things seemed to be going smoothly following this part of the interview until Heidi said she was 'always for patching things up' with Spencer and Brody Jenner's relationship.
This set Stephanie off once again: 'Can I just cut in really quick? I love that you just said that, Heidi.

Heidi took the high road and defused the situation before it started: 'I think we've moved on from that part right now.'
