Britney Spears had a great time when getting some rest and relaxation at the Amanyara resort in the Turks And Caicos in the Bahamas earlier this week.

The 37-year-old blonde bombshell was seen frolicking on a pristine beach as she showed off her very toned and tanned figure while in a cute light pink bikini with a black and white leopard print trim.

The Toxic singer was not alone as she was accompanied by her mother Lynne Spears, who she recently reunited with after years of being estranged.

Spears didn't just lay around on her lounger as she modeled her fun two piece.

Rather she took to the shore to do a handstand that was very impressive as she was able to keep her legs straight with no help from a trainer.

The superstar has been practicing yoga for the past five years and has gotten to a very respectable level.

Britney also sat in the surf as she let the water wash up over her. At one point she did a plank pose as she turned and smiled. And she was also seen rinsing her sandy hands.

Nailed it! It is no surprised to her avid Instagram followers that the Femme Fatale singer achieved a perfect handstand as she has done so many times before in clips shared to social media

On Sunday, the Womanizer singer shared a video with her over 20M Instagram followers that revealed what a typical day at her luxury resort was like.

She had company: Her mother Lynne was also seen

She rode a bicycle down a lush pathway and went snorkeling in the serene turquoise waters. 

Spears proved to be in excellent shape in the new clip with a toned tummy as well as sculpted arms and legs.

The former Mickey Mouse Club performer already had a deep tan and her long blonde hair was pulled into a black band. 

At one point she did a handstand, a move she often makes for her Instagram followers when in her home gym in Thousand Oaks, California.

The star was also seen dancing on the shore and then in the water.

'What a lovely time here !!!' the Crossroads actress stated in her caption.

Spears was seen in her hotel room in the same pink bikini as she said, 'Rising in the am of the morning I am about to go snorkeling and hopefully I don't find any sharks,' she said into the camera.

Next Latin pop music blasted in the background as she was seen riding a bicycle around her resort. It's not clear if beau Sam Asghari, 25, is leading the way.

This break comes after a tough time earlier this year.

The singer checked herself out of the facility on April 25 after a 30 day stay. Reports revealed she continued to 'live her life as usual.'

On the run: The performer also ran on the beach after doing a few yoga poses on the white sand

However, some fans haven't believed the reports completely, sparking a 'Free Britney' campaign due to their concerns about her well-being.

One alleged issue is that her father won't let her have an 'iPhone' with her father Jamie concerned about social media and people with 'ulterior motives' contacting the star.

Jamie has been in poor health in recent months but still serves as her conservator and has tried to expand her conservatorship to other states.

Despite reports that Britney and mom Lynne are trying to reduce the scope of Jamie's power within the conservatorship, sources say Britney is actually involving him in her life 'more than usual' and chooses to speak to him at least three times a day.

The website reports that the conservatorship is 'business as usual', the way it has been for 11 years.

It was added the singer is free to come and go as she pleases - with certain restrictions.

The source tells TMZ that liquor stores are off limits. Around the time of her breakdown in 2007 the pop icon was known to have alcohol issues.

But she has support.

Sam has continued to be there for Britney during all her legal conflicts surrounding her conservatorship with her father and restraining order against her former manager, who her dad, Jamie Spears, has alleged was trying to turn her family against each other.

'Sam is really in love with Britney,' a source recently told Entertainment Tonight.

'He will always be there to help in any way he can. He's her protector. When they're together, they cook at home most nights. They like to keep things relaxed and simple.'

Britney is the mother to sons Sean, 13, and Jayden, 12, who she has joint custody over with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

This video comes after posted to Instagram several images where she was in a yellow bikini then a white two piece as she said she had made it to 'paradise' and the beach was her 'kind of place.' 

Last week Spears was at home. She was doing one of her famous modeling sessions in her mega mansion.

In the video, the Las Vegas performer poses near a second floor iron balcony, within her home. Her legs are on full display in the chunky brown platform heels and the tiny red dress.

The plunging dress draws attention to the singer's full chest. The tight mini also features large bow-like ties on both of the shoulders.

The mom of two captioned the post 'Enchanté.'Enchanté' is French and translates to 'Nice to meet you.'

Asghari commented a heart emoji on the video.

Before that, Spears was in Miami for another vacation.  She was seen in several social media images in a red bikini as she gave her work schedule a break.
