In season three of Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian - premiering this Sunday on E! - the titular host revealed she gained 40lbs of baby weight when she welcomed daughter True last year.
'I was 203lbs when I delivered, which blows my mind,' the 35-year-old KUWTK star told her mother Kris Jenner in a sneak peek of her makeover series.
'And you think, "Oh you're going to have a baby and all of its gonna come out." And then you leave the hospital and you're like, "What is going on? Why do I still have all this weight?"'

'We didn't really have things like SPANX and stretchy clothes like that. We wore maternity clothes,' Kris recalled.
'And afterwards I thought, "I'm getting rid of these big baggy dresses and I'm gonna slip on my jeans." And after one month of eating good and exercising, I put on my jeans thinking, "I am a rock star." And they wouldn't go over my knees. So, it was back to the drawing board. I did not know what to do, I was so disappointed.'
When Khloé celebrated her 35th birthday last Thursday, her 28-year-old philandering babydaddy gushed that she was 'the most beautiful human I have ever met inside and out.'
