'The world has watched you collect and drop friends like wilted flowers': Wife of talent manager Scooter Braun lets rip at 'bully' Taylor swift after singer slammed her husband for buying her music catalog in $300m deal

The conflict started after talent manager Scooter Braun purchased all of Taylor Swift's music recordings from her debut through 2017's Reputation album by buying Big Machine Records.

Now Scooter's wife Yael Cohen is coming to his defense after Taylor and other criticized purchase, which allegedly wasn't an option for the pop star.

The 32-year-old entrepreneur claimed the deal was straightforward and lambasted the Blank Space singer for 'model[ing] bullying.'

Yael shared screenshots from the Notes app to Instagram, which garnered a like from Kendall Jenner.

'I have never been one for a public airing of laundry, but when you attack my husband... here we go,' she began.

'You were given the opportunity to own your masters, you passed,' she claimed. 'Interesting that the man you're so 'grossed out' by believed in you more than you believe in yourself.'

The F*** Cancer founder also mentioned that Taylor's father was a shareholder in the label and claimed that label head Scott Borchetta had informed Taylor about the sale in advance.

'And girl, who are you to talk about bullying? The world has watched you collect and drop friends like wilted flowers,' she said, possibly referring to Taylor's recently ended feud with Katy Perry.

'It's easy to see that the point of putting this out was to get people to bully him,' she continued. 'You are supposed to be a role model, but continue to model bullying.'

Yael also claimed that her husband had been 'excited to work' with the musician in the past and 'believes in and supports' her.

'If you think he can control his clients, please control your fans. Leave our personal life and kids out of this. You don't understand yet what line that crosses, but one day you will,' she wrote.

Scooter's purchase was made particularly awkward by his trip earlier this month to Wyoming to help celebrate Taylor Swift's bff Karlie Kloss as she celebrated her marriage to Joshua Kushner, brother of President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Despite their years of friendship, Taylor was absent from Karlie's celebration.

Taylor's impassioned statement about the sale of her music, which she posted to Tumblr, seemed to contradict Yael's statement that she could have bought her own music.

According to the Bad Blood singer, when she tried to purchase her master recordings, she was rebuffed, and label boss Scott Borchetta instead offered a deal in which she would re-sign with the label and be given ownership of one old album for each new album she released.

She turned down the offer, believing that Borchetta would sell the label as soon as the valuable acquisition was made, leaving her little control over her future and career.

By buying Big Machine, Braun now owns all of Taylor's previous recordings, as well as music by country stars Florida Georgia Line, Reba McEntire, Rascal Flatts and Sheryl Crow.

Though Taylor most likely owns the copyright on her lyrics and the compositions of her songs, the actual recordings are owned by her old label, which profits every time someone streams a track or purchases a CD of Taylor's music.

A representative has subsequently denied assertions that Taylor's father was a board member of the label, saying he was only a shareholder who did not have advance knowledge of the purchase.

They also disputed the claim that Borchetta had told Taylor about the deal ahead of time.
