And Romeo Beckham got some expert tutelage from two-time champion Andy Murray ahead of the Brit's comeback at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships on Thursday.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham, 16, looked delighted as he posed up with the sporting icon, 32, at the practice grounds, ahead of Murray's doubles match alongside alongside Pierre-Hugues Herbert.

Romeo looked sporty in a black slogan print tee, paired with white shorts and trainers as he wrapped an arm around the tennis player - who he has previously trained with.

The teen star added a cool twist with a backwards cap paired with silver earrings.

Andy looked in great spirits as he cracked a rare smile, while looking sharp in a scarlet sweater, white shorts and baseball cap.

Romeo made the most of his practice session as he also met up with world number one and defending champion, Novak Djokovic, 32.

The Serbian pro, showcased his hunky frame in an orange shirt teamed with black shorts - a day after cruising into the the third round.     

When in London, Romeo plays at the elite Queen’s tennis club, with fashion designer Victoria forking out £12,000 to have him bypass its famously long waiting list. 

He has previously played with British No 2 Kyle Edmund, and he’s also posted pictures of himself with other tennis stars including women’s No 1 Simona Halep and No 2 Caroline Wozniacki online. 

He's also trained with Andy Murray and Grigor Dimitrov, and litter his Instagram with snaps of him in practice.  

World No 3 Grigor told Hello after a training session with the teenager: 'Romeo is such a big tennis fan, it's unbelievable. And he's quite crafty to be honest, and pretty talented.

This comes as Romeo melted hearts with a hilarious gaffe on a tribute to his parents David and Victoria's 20th wedding anniversary.  

In a nod to his beloved parents, Romeo sweetly penned: 'Happy 20th anniversary to the best parents love you so much.'  

Hilariously, in the midst of the sweet celebratory messages, Romeo also shared a snap with Victoria, under which her mum Jackie Adams joked: 'Romeo, who is that little person with you????'

Seemingly missing her cheeky tone, Romeo commented back: 'Mum!!!!' however his nan swiftly pointed out she was in fact joking.     

Day four will see tennis icons Roger Federer, Serena Williams, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray take to the grass in a bid to add to their already brimming trophy cabinets.

British player Murray will make his hotly-anticipated return to the tournament when he competes in the men's doubles alongside Pierre-Hugues Herbert.

The two-time champion missed last year's singles competition with a hip injury, which the star feared could force him to retire from tennis.    

Defending champion Angelique Kerber will face off against American Lauren Davis. 

Tennis fanatics burst into Wimbledon for the first day of the world's greatest tennis championship on Monday after 5,000 people spent up to 48 hours in queues outside sleeping in 600 tents. 

Huge crowds were waved into the All England Club in sun-soaked south-west London with almost 500,000 people expected over the coming fortnight with armed police brought in to keep them safe.

Security guards walked the spectators past the famous ivy-covered Centre Court with Djokovic beginning the defence of his men's singles title there from 1pm.

Thousands slept outside The All England Tennis Club overnight having pitched up over the past two days hoping to get tickets for Wimbledon, which began in 1877 and is considered the most important sporting event of the British summer along with the first Test Match at Lord's each year.   

And many claim that queuing for tickets is 'as much a part of the Wimbledon experience as the tennis itself'.
