On Thursday the 40-year-old star revealed she climbed up a rocky hill by the beach against her doctor's orders to get a perfect portrait with her partner Slade Smiley.
The Real Housewives Of Orange County vet is nine months pregnant with her first child and due on July 11.

'We wanted it to feel like a fairytale, and romantic, celebrating our little baby girl,' Rossi told People.
This comes after she showed off her naked baby bump in a tiny white bikini. The images were shared with her nearly 1M followers over the weekend.
'I’m so excited the sun is out in So Cal and to get some things finished up around the house for Baby!' began the TV vet. She added, 'I am in the home stretch now! I’m rocking my baby bump at 9 months preggo! (almost at 38 weeks! ).'
Rossi continued, 'My body has definitely changed, and I have gained 30 pounds during this pregnancy, but I am owning my curves (and bigger breasts) and having fun just embracing it, cause who knows if I will ever have the opportunity to do this again.'

The blonde beauty was in a small white two piece that showed off her toned figure and large bump.
She added a floral jacket that was semi sheer and heart-shaped sunglasses as she stood by a swimming pool.
And on Sunday the Southern California resident shared an image where she was in a black bra, sweatpants and socks.

'This is me on the daily right now,' she said. 'I’m hot 24/7 so having to just wear a sports bra around the house, but also having to rock my compression socks everyday cause of the swelling in my calves and ankles!
'Oh the joys of the 9th month of pregnancy! But taking it all in stride and just laughing at myself on the daily! Each day it gets a little harder to breath as I waddle around the house trying to get everything done for the arrival of Skylar Gray! About 11 days or so now! ❤️'
In April she told Access Hollywood that she will name her child Skylar Gray. 'I've just loved the name Skylar ever since I was a little girl,' the pinup shared.

'And it was so interesting because when I told Slade, it was so cute to see his reaction to it. He was just like, "Oh my gosh, I love the name Skylar!" He immediately took to the name.'
Smiley then added, 'It is so perfect in so many ways and for so many reasons. We've spent so much time praying and looking to the sky for guidance and looking for help and support in this IVF journey.
'So praying to God and looking to the sky seemed such a perfect correlation between this journey we've been on and the name,' he added.
The couple - who celebrated 10 years together in February - will be welcoming their new addition around July 11.
Gretchen first shared news she was pregnant when appearing on The Doctors in December.
The couple gave an update on their fertility battle to OB/GYN Dr. Nita Landry, who asked how things had been since Gretchen had an embryo implanted seven weeks prior.
'Finally, we have news that we are pregnant!' Gretchen told Dr Landry.
'And we're freaked out… but in a good way,' Slade added.
In a flashback clip the couple were seen sitting at a booth together as they got the happy news in a phone call from their fertility doctor.
'It's been such an emotional journey for us. Because of that, it's brought us so much closer together,' Gretchen added.
The overjoyed couple told People: 'It's pretty exciting that we have our little Christmas miracle.'
