Kim Kardashian undergoes grueling 4D laser treatment on her NECK to 'build collagen'... as her 40th birthday is only 15 months away
Kim Kardashian doesn't only get work done on her cover girl face. The siren also has her neck worked on as she revealed during one of her Instagram stories from Monday evening.
The mother-of-four was seen laying down as a large white apparatus sucked at her neck. She wrote over the images: 'The neck is key.'
The TV star - who will turn 40-years-old in only 15 months - also said, '4d tightening laser at Skin Thesis Inc. Builds collagen from the inside.'

This comes after Kim debuted her newest collection from KKW Beauty - the Sooo Fire Collection.
The reality TV star posed in a low-cut Wonder Woman inspired top with a flame motif - complete with a blond wig - for the shoot.
The new collection will be available on her KKW Beauty website on Friday, July 19 at 12 pm PST.
The gorgeous daughter of Kris Jenner wore a strapless number that featured a flame accent along the front; she showcased her chest in the red and orange top.
The entrepreneur added cream nails with a match in her mouth; Kim sported long platinum tresses with bold orange eye shadow on her lids.
Kim rocked nude lips with defined eyebrows to round out her look.

The new Sooo Fire Collection features a 10-pan metallic eye shadow collection palette as well as three eyeliners and three glosses.
Kim revealed in her Instagram post that the new glosses are made with a brand new formula.
She said in her post: 'I wanted to create something that was fun, and completely different than what we have done before. Wait until you see this packaging!!!'

The outside of the palette features a close up of Kim's face from the shoot - complete with the match in her mouth.
When a consumer buys all three lip glosses and/or eyeliners - her complete shoot image is seen on the packaging.
Soon after, Kim shared the bundle packaging - complete with matchsticks inside and the ability to ignite one on the side of the box on the striking strip.
Kim showed the interesting choice of packaging on Monday afternoon on her Instagram stories.
The bundle - which includes the entire Sooo Fire Collection (eye shadow palette, three eyeliners and three glosses) - can be purchased for $115.
Last month, Kim dropped the KKW Beauty Body Makeup collection - which includes body shimmer, loose shimmer powder and body makeup.
In May, Kim released her Mrs. West Collection - inspired by her own wedding makeup look.
The Mrs. West Collection was released in celebration of her fifth wedding anniversary; she tied the knot with Kanye West, 42, on May 24, 2014 in Florence, Italy with the bridal party in Paris and Versailles, France.
