The Aquaman performer, 33, was ever the chic movie star as she ran errands in a long black sundress in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday. Cinched at the waist, Amber's strappy summer dress featured a high neckline and it flowed down to her ankles.
This comes a week after James Franco was subpoenaed over video of him snuggling her.

Franco has found himself wrapped up in the ongoing legal battle between Johnny Depp and Heard.
The actor has been issued a subpoena by Depp's legal team after he was caught snuggling with Heard on surveillance video taken inside an elevator at Depp's Los Angeles apartment building.

The Drive Angry star is due in court next year, as part of a civil trial brought by her ex-husband Johnny Depp, who is suing her for defamation.
Depp claims that his ex-wife fabricated claims that he abused her while they were married, as she referenced in an op-ed piece she wrote last December.
February 3, 2020 is the date scheduled for Depp's civil case against Heard to begin.
