Josh Charles' wife is baring it all for Instagram.

The author took to Instagram on Tuesday to spread a message of body positivity with her followers.

The photo shows the mother-of-two in just a white shirt with her bare behind facing the mirror.

Her followers loved the daily dose of self-love and she was flooded with nice comments.

The writer is more famously known for her debut book, Bunheads, which was published in 2011.

She wrote the novel inspired by her own experience as a ballet dancer with the New York City Ballet.

Currently her career focus is in freelance writing and editing (she edited the script for Black Swan.)
