Kendall Jenner takes a walk on the wild side in shimmering snakeskin pants for New York outing

She's the world's highest earning supermodel.

And on Friday, Kendall Jenner showed why, when the 23-year-old put on a head-turning display in a pair of red and silver shimmering snakeskin pants.

The reality TV star paired the statement garment with a relatively casual Adidas windbreaker.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians mainstay wore a pair of simple white sneakers on her feet as she exited her hotel.

Jenner's eyes were shielded by a pair of dark, slim-framed shades and she traveled light for the outing, carrying just her iPhone in one hand.

Her brunette tresses were worn down, with just a twist of hair pinned back on either side of her head.

Make like Kendall in an Adidas jacket

Kendall jenner stepped out in a sporty ensemble this week and had us all impressed with her cozy, laid-back style.

Pairing snake-print colorblock pants with this oversize menswear jacket from Adidas and white trainers, the supermodel looked to be mixing two huge trend at once, nineties and athleisure!

With the iconic Adidas logo and three-stripe sleeves, this is a piece that will instantly give you some serious style points.

That monochrome colorway means it can be matched with just about anything, while the boxy silhouette is a flattering choice for those not into oversized athleisure.

On Thursday, Australian photographer Russell James defended Jenner's modeling career in an interview with Refinery 29.

'The only reason Kendall has become a supermodel is because she worked her a— off. She really did. There is an untold story there about how damn hard that girl works. I know she can't say it because she'd get chopped off at the knees for saying it but I can certainly say it,' he said.

'I wish all of my kids had that much work ethic and that much commitment. She was absolutely focused.'

James helped launch her fashion career when he shot her Miss Vogue Australia cover back in 2012.

The comments seems to be a response to supermodel Stephanie Seymour's comments in a Vanity Fair interview three years ago.

When asked what she thought about young models like Jenner and Gigi Hadid, she seemed to say they didn't have to work as hard as she did.

'They are completely different than we were … supermodels are sort of the thing of the past,' she said.

'They deserve their own title. B—hes of the moment! That would be a good title for them.'
