In court documents obtained by the news site, a hearing was held for Dos Santos Lima case to 'make sure she was staying out of trouble.'

The case was filed by her ex-husband Colt Johnson who says she assaulted him.

The judge ruled that because she has finished eight of the domestic violence counseling classes she just do another eight sessions (she will finish 28 total) and finish 48 hours of community service by her next court date, which is September 4th.

The star has been able to avoid time behind bars because of the community service and also ordered her to complete the Justice Court Community Service Program and to pay fines.

The program helps those who are accused of crimes to do community service hours with a variety of non-profits.

When all the hours are complete, the case is officially closed.

While this may seem like a good deal, she did have a suspended 90 day jail sentence on the table. If she were to violate those terms in her deal she would be sent to jail.

Earlier this year she had her trial date pushed back to allow her to work out a plea deal with prosecutors.

At the time she was facing up to six months in jail.

Johnson filed for divorce the day after the assault, and she was arrested for domestic battery in the first degree.
