She called the police to conduct a welfare check on her daughter Kirra, three, last Thursday, after her ex-husband, Corey Bohan didn't meet her for their planned custody exchange. 

But Audrina Patridge seemed to be putting the drama behind her as she enjoyed a beach day on Thursday. 

The 34-year-old reality television star flaunted her impressive physique in a skimpy bikini as she was spotted on Laguna Beach, California.

The Hills alumni caught some rays in the black string two-piece as she went barefoot in the sand. 

She covered her eyes with dark glasses and let her honey locks flow loose.  

Audrina appeared to be enjoying some much-needed relaxation, after the incident on July 4th.

She appeared to be without her three-year-old daughter, but joined by her sister and friends.   

The mother-of-one captured a few videos and selfies with her family but then retreated back to scrolling her phone, according to an eye-witness. 

The star has been going through a bitter divorce and custody with her ex-husband, Corey Bohan.

Police were forced to step in when Corey failed to bring their daughter Kirra, three, to the Costa Mesa Police Department on the 4th of July for their planned custody exchange last Thursday. 

Audrina was in a panic as she waited at the site at their arranged 10am time, but her ex never arrived, according to TMZ. He didn't answer her texts or calls. 

Audriana's panic was intensified by the fact that Los Angeles suffered from an earthquake during the time she couldn't reach her ex. 

Police conducted a welfare check at Corey's house around 10:45 am, according to TMZ. 

He was home with Kirra and reportedly told police it was his day to have the child.

The pair did however eventually meet at 7pm to exchange Kirra and the three-year-old was fine. 

However, it's been reported that it was in fact Audrina's turn with her daughter, with Corey in the wrong. 

Their current agreement sees Kirra returned to her mom at 10am every Thursday, with Independence Day alternated. 2019 was Audrina's year to spend time with their daughter.  

Sources told TMZ on Tuesday that the reality star is now looking into filing a contempt court order against Corey, however, nothing has yet been filed.  

Audrina filed for divorce ten months after marrying Corey in 2016. 

In late 2018, the brunette beauty was awarded sole custody of their only child following a long and bitter custody battle.

Despite the hardships, Audrina expressed to People recently: 'I pray we can eventually be friends and not have animosity between us.' 

She also confessed her breakup from the Australian BMX star felt like 'mourning a death.' 

The season premiere of The Hills on Monday July 1 saw her move into her new home following her split from Corey.
