House price growth in southern cities at 'weakest in over seven years' while the north

Best energy tariffs: Price cap set to be lowered but save money by switching now

It is thought that the regulator will announce that the cap has been dropped by around £80, according to analysts at Cornwall Insight. If so, it will bring the new level to £1,170 for standard variable tariff (SVT) customers.
